Hi Peter, thanks for your response. If you check some paragraphs above, I do recognize and mention that billionaires and their companies are "indeed working on initiatives that have such goals" (poverty, famine etc.). My point is that the existence of billionaires, that is, a high concentration of wealth in just a few people is absurd and morally incorrect. I didn't say that taxing them is the solution, this was something that Bernie Sanders suggested on his tweet. I myself don't have a particular solution for that, but I like to believe that we will some day reach the point where wealth is so abundant that the existence of billionaires is meaningless (after Bastani and Diamandis, for instance).
