As someone who has been in recovery from eating disorders, I highly recommend that you seek help if you can afford that. It's a multidisciplinary effort, but a good start is with a behavioral psychologist as they are more pragmatic and can give you more objective ways to deal with your issues. That was what I did and then I started to see a nutritionist and a psychiatrist too.
